Garlic hummus

Home from work and eager to begin making the next garlic dish for garlic month. This recipe by Lauren DeSantis is great, below is my adaptation:

2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup Tahini
1/2 bulb of roasted garlic
1 tsp hot sauce or chili paste or some chili flakes
About 1 tbsp olive oil
Water or vegetable stock

Chopped fresh or dried Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, Tahini, roasted garlic, hot sauce, and olive oil and blend until smooth. If it is too viscous, add in water/stock and blend until smooth. Mix in parsley, salt and pepper and enjoy with garlic naan!
