Kim chi pancake



Simple, delicious, nutritious!!! Also a spicy kick from kimchi and sriracha sauce.

Ingredients:

Roughly 1/2 cup of kimchi
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup water
4 or 5 sprigs of green onions, cut 2 inch length
1 tsp sriracha hot sauce

Heat pan until very very hot, coat pan with vegetable oil.

Mix all ingredients together, pour onto pan and let cook for about 2 mins.

Flip pancake over until cooked and eat immediately!!!

Sauce:
1 tsp Soysauce
1 tsp sriracha
1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame seed oil
few drops of tobasco sauce
